This review comes after my third visit to CVR Medical Supply. The store is very warm and welcoming. The staff are amazing. They take their time to explain and describe the products being offered. They also answer all your questions and concerns. They allow you to take your time in selecting the right equipment that meets your needs and sleeping patterns. I highly recommend this business.

Patience, professionalism, expertise and attention to detail are truly outstanding.
The team made me feel welcome and I could feel they truly cared. Also, the workspace/office is amazing. There is even a piano.

cvr was responsive, supportive and informative through every step of the process.

Lacey was very exceptional with her customer service skills especially being attentive to what I needed for comfort ie mask fitting for a good night sleep. Felt very comfortable and she answered all my questions regarding the PAP machine! 10/10

Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish! From the first email that had perfect details on location, direction and travel time to entering the office and being greeted with superb customer service! The staff was beyond outstanding! They took great detail in explaining the equipment, steps on what to do and how to do it and the different types of machines that are available! The young lady that provided guidance on the different types of masks was absolutely wonderful! From the beginning until the end, she was outstanding at her job! I can't say enough about how great this team was, I highly recommend this location, this team and their product! Awesome and Outstanding!!!

I had my home visit by Michael and it was excellent. He was extremely helpful and polite. He walked me through the use of the machine and allowed me to try on multiple masks. He answered every question I had and walked me through set up and all the cleaning requirements. If you are using CVR be sure to ask for Michael.

Had an appointment with Michael from CVR Medical for my CPAP machine, and I've got to say, it was top-notch! Michael came over to my place, making the whole process super convenient.

Went to CVR Medical for an upgraded mask after receiving my machine from the other option that U.S. members are provided, and let me say I wish I'd just started with CVR Medical from the beginning. The customer service, along with the overall knowledge of sleep therapy, is not comparable. CVR even reached out after a couple weeks to check and see how the new mask was working for me. They also recommended options for other issues I was dealing with using my machine. We are only given two options as U.S. members, please make sure CVR is the choice you make.
